Timmy was a child aboard Starship UK who got a zero for his classwork. He tried to ride a Vator and was subsequently fed to the Star Whale. He wasn't eaten and Hawthorne made him a slave. He was freed when the Doctor proved Elizabeth X's philosophy of the Star Whale was incorrect. (DW: The Beast Below)
