Sycorax leader

This Sycorax was a high ranked alien and led their massive rock like ship to Earth where they tried to take it over through Blood Control. He had a duel over London with the Doctor and was eventualy defeated. When the Doctor's back was turned, the leader tried again to kill him but the Doctor used a satsuma from his dressing gown to hit a button which sent the leader falling to his death.
