Cyber-dinosaur

Cyber-Dinosaurs were species of different types of earth dinosaurs subjected to partial cyber-conversion. They were by the Cyber-Silurians. (COMIC: Supremacy of the Cybermen (comic story))

Some dinosaur species such as Triceratops, were used the Cyber Silurians as mounts. While others, such as Tyranosaurus Rexes were used for attacking. Pterosaurs were to be deployed inside the Cyber-Arks to spread technology to other planets. Unlike those on the Silurians, the cybernetics can be affected by the Sonic screwdriver. Similarly, there have been dinosaurs on Mondas that were cyber converted by the Mondasian equivalent of the Silurians called the Lizard Kings. (COMIC: The Cybermen: The Dead Heart)
