Project Narcissus

Project Narcissus was an assignment during the Dalek-human-Draconian conflict.

The project saw the humans begin to brainwash Mim children in order to utalise their shapeshifting abilities by placing them in Dalek hatcheries to impersonate the Kaled mutants. Most of the Mim were located and exterminated but several survived and until they were placed into the Dalek casing and later made strategic moves that helped the humans and Draconians win the war.
