A cosplayer dressed as a character attended the San Diego Comic-Con with a cosplayer of (COMIC: Selfie) Shaun from Shaun of the Dead, (PROSE: Annabel Regina) in 2015. For this cosplay, they held a shovel, and wore a grey shirt with brown shorts. (COMIC: Selfie)

Although not named in COMIC: Selfie, the character's name was Ed, and they were a character in Shaun of the Dead.
In Shaun of the Dead, Ed was portrayed by Nick Frost, who portrayed Santa Claus in Death in Heaven and Last Christmas.
