Zerbert Condoleezza Wingscampion was a member of the colony on the Moon. She was 40 and so had a party to celebrate her life before she was killed as part of the economic policy. She had been married several times. The Fifth Doctor tried to stop her death. Despite her rescinding the permission she gave to die, she was killed by combustion and eaten by the Smoke.
