Zerbert Condoleezza Wingscampion was a member of the colony on the Moon. She was 40 and so had a party to celebrate her life before she was killed as part of the economic policy. She had been married several times. The Fifth Doctor tried to stop her death. Despite her rescinding the permission she gave to die, she was killed by combustion and eaten by the Smoke. In the timeline where the Sontaran war did not happen, she also threw a party to celebrate her 40th birthday. She was surrounded by the Smoke which burned her from the inside. Abby and Zara cured her, but this aggravated the Smoke. She was eventually killed again by them. (AUDIO: The People Made of Smoke)
