Name

Bessie was most likely named in honor of William Hartnell's Aunt Bessie, who passed away during the filming of the First Doctor serial The Myth Makers.

What gives you that idea? 124.184.225.117 08:15, May 10, 2010 (UTC)

Late History

I think we need a definite decision as to what happened to Bessie to get her out of the TARDIS (COMIC:Changes) and into "mothballs" at the hands of the Brigadier (TV:Battlefield), as the "One account states" thing we've got at the moment isn't really enough. I would suggest that the Doctor took her out of the TARDIS during an unknown adventure, probably with the Brigadier (if it was with the Brig, then that would make it a sixth doctor adventure, as he hadn't met the seventh prior to Battlefield). Pure and unprocessed speculation with a side of cottage cheese. 170.185.224.19talk to me 14:59, October 15, 2012 (UTC)
"One account states" is a nauseating blend of inaccuracy and evasion served with a potato salad. The preceding unsigned comment was added by Graske of the mandragora (talk • contribs) .

Ninth Doctor

We really can't keep this here. The submissions to that site weren't written by the Beeb, but could be submitted by anyone. The preceding unsigned comment was added by Cult Of Skaro (talk • contribs) .
