Critchlow was a criminal who worked with Lenora.
On one occasion, Critchlow and Lenora entered the derelict starliner the Gilmore and claimed it as their own. Critchlow and Lenora were surprised to find the Eleventh Doctor and Alice Obiefune in the Gilmore; Lenora threatened them with her gun when they first met. However, the Doctor and Alice went on to help Critchlow and Lenora get through the many defence protocols of the Gilmore and access the starliner's control deck. (COMIC: Something Borrowed)

This character, and his accomplice Lenora, were seemingly named after Lenora Crichlow.
