Freedom

Freedom was the ability to do what one wanted without any external constraints.

A Dalek, having been held captive in the Vault and exposed to human DNA and emotions, wanted freedom. (TV: Dalek)

In Lady and the Tramp, after Lady asked what was wrong with her license, Peg told her that there was nothing wrong with it, and that it was her "passport to freedom". (TV: Disney Time)

In Pete's World, Ricky Smith met his parallel counterpart from the Doctor's universe. Unaware of his origin, Ricky assumed he knew about Cybus Industries and pointed out his own lack of EarPods, declaring that he had freedom as he did not download from the Cybus Network. (TV: Rise of the Cybermen)

At Ood Operations, the Tenth Doctor shut down the barrier around the Ood Brain, freeing the Ood from capitivity. Following this, the Ood sang a song of freedom. (TV: Planet of the Ood)
