Winter Wonderland was a planet, the only one in the universe dedicated to winter sports. It was filled with ice-rinks, many so large that the other side couldn't be seen from the seats.

In 5113 the planet was orbiting a collapsed star, and its snow was beginning to melt due to the resulting orbital decay. The Hyban Masoon was brought to the planet by the Tenth Doctor and Mai Kondo, and was able to compensate for the planet's heating. (PROSE: The Frozen)
