German

Du/You: as a german I have to say that it is simply wrong, that the "du" is only used towards relatives and close persons. It is constantly used in informal situations, like in Pubs or at soccer games, it is used between university students, and on a lot of other occasions. The difference between Du and Sie as descriebed here was correct until about 100 years ago, but it is not correct in present german. The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:95.90.117.239 (talk • contribs) .

In that case, I’d encourage you to correct the paragraph rather than outright remove it, as it is still useful on the wiki, and more importantly, was the sentence used in the comic. Thanks. :) —Danniesen 14:24, 24 October 2023 (UTC)
