The Vlinx was a robot of unspecified origin located at the UNIT HQ in the City of London. It was the inventor of the Zeedex device that disrupted the affects of the Toymaker's giggle, calming down those who wore it. The Vlinx chose to refer to it as Zeedex as it was a "good name".
