The Toymaker's cards

The Toymaker's cards were a set of playing cards that the Toymaker conjured to play a game of Cut against the Fourteenth Doctor. The Toymaker could shuffle these cards in a variety of ways, even while talking to his opponent. Donna Noble speculated the cards were rigged to favour the Toymaker, meaning he was cheating. However, the Doctor assured her they were not: the Toymaker had to follow the rules of the game, so the result of their game was entirely down to luck.
