Baiame

Baiame was a guru who convinced the people about the staying behind when the planet was doomed. He was waiting for the Seventh Doctor. He lived on top of Uluru, and wanted to remove it from the Earth. He thought that he was leaving pain behind, the Doctor said he wouldn't be creating a new one, and tried to convince him to save Whitten's people. He helped the Doctor escape the dreaming.
