Rufus Bray was a man whom Ruby Sunday dated in 2046 in the suspended timeline. Ruby and Rufus' relationship was distant, or rather semper distans, with the two being unable to fully connect due to the Woman. Additionally, Ruby told Rufus that he was not good in bed.
