The jablecta was the sacred weapon of the Tharil Antonine Killers. According to the Fifth Doctor, the Antonine rescue raid on Scultiis in 9381 failed because the inhabitants' ambient radiation scrambled the circuitry of their jablectas. Behind the scenes

The script for Warriors' Gate opened with an attack on the privateer by an Antonine Killer. This scene was restored in the 1982 novelisation and the 2019 audio novelisation.
