Behind the scenes

The natural sciences are divided into:

  1. Physical science, which includes physics, chemistry, geoscience and astronomy;
  2. Life science, an equally broad category, which includes biology, zoology, botany, mycology, genetics, anatomy, biochemistry, immunology and neuroscience.

Natural science also includes natural history, which is multidisciplinary.
