As the name implies, the Tardis Wiki to do list brings together links to maintenance pages pertaining to the improvement of the wiki.
Stubs
Stubs are articles that lack the content required to provide a full encyclopaedic cover of their topic. The term usually applies to small articles, as other terms are applied to issues with larger articles. This wiki's stubs are gathered together at category:stubs, with various subcategories allowing for specific targeting of an article type.
Missing plot summaries
All pages about stories on this wiki should have a plot summary. However, many pages that should have these are currently missing these. These pages are collected in Category:Stories in need of plot details, organised by medium and series.
Wanted pages
Wanted pages are uncreated articles that are linked to elsewhere on the wiki. In order to eliminate redlinks, these pages must be created. This wiki's wanted pages are gathered together at Special:WantedPages, and are ordered by how many redlinks point to them.
Orphaned pages

Orphaned (or lonely) pages are articles to which no other article links. All of this wiki's articles can be linked to in some way by another, either by rewriting the appropriate section of another article, or adding a link to the reference section of the source material. This wiki's orphaned pages are gathered together at Special:LonelyPages.
Uncategorised pages
Uncategorised pages are articles that have been created and a category not assigned to them. These require the correct and specific category or categories to be assigned to them. Articles are usually left without a category by mistakes, or by a user unfamiliar with using a wiki. This wiki's uncategorised pages are gathered together at Special:UncategorizedPages.
Undercategorised images
The following pages (unique to Tardis) list images which may merit further categorisation, probably because they do not have a specific story (or otherwise documentary, etc.) attributed to them. This is important, because it ensures that the images actually have a declared source.
Maintenance lists
These "maintenance lists" are used created pages that bring together the uncreated character pages from several ranges of Doctor Who books. By looking at these, you can find articles that need to be created, just remember to take them off the list when you're done. Proposed mergers
Proposed mergers are articles that have been highlighted to have their contents moved into another article. While this process can only be completed by an admin, other users can take place in the discussion pertaining to this change. Articles in need of major additions
Articles in need of major additions - or articles in need of updating - are those that lack substantial information about their topic and so are inadequate in their current state. To be improved, they need to have this missing information added to them. This wiki gatherers these articles together at Category:Articles in need of major additions.
Out of universe cleanup
Articles in need of an "out of universe cleanup" are those that defy Tardis:Point of view. This often requires a complete rewrite with each word being analysed and changed if it's not the correct tense. This wiki's out of universe articles are gathered together at Category:Out of universe cleanup .
Articles in need of citation
Articles in need of citation are those that lack the references need to prove their information correct. Some pages can often require several citations and all of requirements must be filled to take the article out of this category. Both real world and in-universe articles can require additional citations. This wiki gather these articles together at Category:Articles needing citation.
