Codacil

Given their appearance in Coda - The Final Act ^[+]Loading...["Coda - The Final Act (audio story)"] and how the name is pronounced there, I think "Codicil" should be spelled "Codacil". Council of the Last > Coda (the last part of a piece of music, etc.) Council > Codacil. I hadn't heard of them prior to this story, so if anyone has any evidence to the contrary, please do disabuse me of this notion. SinDemon ☎ 16:33, 22 November 2024 (UTC)

Amazingly, while the pun might still be relevant, Foley himself has confirmed on his BlueSky account that he spells it Codicil (though, amusingly, he admits that he frequently spells it wrong without the help of Matt Fitton's editing). SinDemon ☎ 20:07, 22 November 2024 (UTC)
