History
Kook was trapped on Rigel Four and did not like the Doctor and Martha, as he blamed the Doctor for the whole event. When he was sentenced to death, he made a deal with King Alalal, which resulted in the battle against Kalis and the Surobans. Lord Alalal turned on Kook but the Doctor managed to rescue him in time. Kook then returned to Earth, leaving Captin Ketly and his crew mates.
