Summary
On a world occupied by Gatri invaders, the Doctor recruits "fashion genegineer" Lady Bazina to help him wage a silent rebellion. Whilst performing genetic alterations to her clients Bazina intorduces small mutations that will make her people stronger over the next few generations. In the future, these mutations allow the people to rise up against their oppressors and free their world.
