Louvre

The Louvre, was one of the best art galleries in the universe, was located in Paris and it held the greatest art work in the universe; the Mona Lisa. The Doctor visited it in 1979 with Romana. (DW: City of Death) Lionel Harding visited it at least once, where he put a fight to see the Mona Lisa longer than the twenty seconds allowed for each viewing as he loved the painting.
