Sergant Paterson was a man who worked for the brittish military he was training teenagers how to survive in dangerous situations. In perivale he met the Seventh Doctor and his companion Ace. He had reports on the Doctor and Encountered a Black Cat when he tried to apprehend the doctor but he Meet a Cheetah Person on a Horse and he was teleported to the Cheetah World were he met two of his Pupils and one girl. He escaped the Planet with The Doctors help but one of his pupils that he met killed him with The Master's help.
