Lisa Hallett

Lisa Hallett was working at Torchwood 1 in London by the time of the Battle of Canary Wharf. Along with many others of the Torchwood personnel she was upgraded to a Cyberman. However there was never a full conversion done, so she had parts of Cyberman armour attached to her body. After the battle, her boyfriend (Ianto Jones) transported her to Torchwood 3 in Cardiff.
Dr. Tanizaki was brought in by Ianto to attempt to help remove the Cyber-implants, he was killed by Hallett either because of her Cyber-programming or through some twisted desire to thank him.
