Delta was the last of the Chimerons. She was chased through the universe by the Bannermen who had slayed all of the other Chimerons. She hid on a "bus" belonging to Nostalgia Tours and traveled to Earth. Eventually she decided to stay in the year 1959. (DW: Delta and the Bannermen)
