Michael Cochrane (born 19th May 1947) played Charles Cranleigh in Black Orchid, Redvers Fenn-Cooper in Ghost Light and Murgat in Brotherhood of the Daleks. He is the older brother of fellow Doctor Who guest star Martin Cochrane.
