Urak was the leader of the Rani's Tetrap servants on Lakertya.
Biography
Aiding the Rani faithfully at first, Urak was outraged to learn that the success of her plan would mean the destruction of his species. After the Rani was defeated by the Doctor, Urak and his Tetraps kidnapped her and took her back to Tetrapyriarbus, where they forced her to solve their resource shortages. (DW: Time and the Rani)
