Daniel Llewellyn
Professor Daniel "Danny" Llewellyn was the Welsh project manager at the British Rocket Group, charged with overseeing the Guinevere One space probe on its mission to Mars. (DW: The Christmas Invasion)]] He had a five year old daughter called Sian.
He gained a Masters in Areology from Swansea University and spent three years art NASA, 1998-2001, before being headhunted by the the British Rocket Group. He would become renowned as one of the architects beyond Britain's new space programme. Specifically, Llewelynn created the Guinevere One project in 2003, naming it Guinevere due to his love of Arthurian legend. (WEB: Guinevere One: About Guivere)
Unaware of the existence of alien life, Llewellyn was left confused when the Sycorax hijacked the probe and began their invasion. When they transported him aboard their ship, he volunteered to make contact with them as the probe had been his responsibility. The Sycorax leader murdered him with his whip.
