Panopticon Archive

The Panopticon Archive was a library on Gallifrey which stored numerous Time Lord texts, such as The Worshipful and Ancient Law of Gallifrey. (BFA: Shada)
Since The Worshipful and Ancient Law of Gallifrey was located in the Panopticon Archive, it is suspected that the other ROO texts were located there as well. The Archive was presumably located in the Panopticon.
