Hippo Ibbotson

Ibbotson was Vislor Turlough's friend at Brendon Public School. Turlough convinced him to join him in taking their maths teacher's car for a joyride, then later framed him for it. Turlough nicknamed him "Hippo." (DW: Mawdryn Undead)
