Marshall Lancaster played Buzzer and his Ganger doppelgänger in The Rebel Flesh/The Almost People. Marshall Lancaster is probably best known for playing the character of Chris Skelton in the series Life on Mars and its sequel series, Ashes to Ashes , both of which were created by Rebel Flesh writer, Matthew Graham.
