Lucia Moretti

Born June 18, 1945, Lucia Moretti was an Italian Torchwood agent.
Biography
She joined Torchwood on 18th July 1968. Her career lasted to 1977. She was a lover of fellow agent Captain Jack Harkness. Lucia and Jack had one daughter, Melissa Moretti. After her retirement, she put Melissa in a protection programme (application approved on 14 February 1977), upon which Melissa became known as Alice Sangster; Alice subsequently married Joe Carter and gave birth to Lucia's grandson, Steven. Lucia died of heart disease on 23rd November, 2006. (TW: Children of Earth: Day Three)
