Greenleaves hospital was a hospital visited by Suzie Costello and Gwen Cooper. Suzie's father was being cared for there. Suzie disconnected his life-support machine, killing him. (TW: They Keep Killing Suzie)

Though likely a Welsh hospital, its precise location in Britain was never made clear by the script.
