Raise your hands if you knew this. BBC links to the article about how the BBC is depicted in-universe. British Broadcasting Corporation points to the article about the real-life broadcaster and producer. I'm guessing you likely didn't know that either because Special:WhatLinksHere/BBC gives around 400 separate hits. the same thing for the British Broadcasting Corporation gives thousands of hits, but that's only because a link is automatically created with most picture licenses. It's clear that BBC is being used most often by people making manual links in real world articles.

So how do we change this so that we'll be less likely to make an accidental linkage to the wrong article? I'd tend to think that BBC needs to be redirected to British Broadcasting Corporation, and that the article currently at BBC needs to be moved to BBC (Whoniverse), BBC (DWU), or BBC (Doctor Who Universe). Thoughts? CzechOut | 23:56, February 7, 2010 (UTC)

Same problem exists with BBC Three (real world) and BBC3 (in-universe). Again, I propose BBC3 (Whoniverse), or similar. CzechOut | 00:32, February 8, 2010 (UTC)

Don't move it to BBC (DWU), as BFDWU is the prefix for the non-canonical Doctor Who Unbound. I agree with BBC (Doctor Who Universe). TemporalSpleen 17:06, February 11, 2010 (UTC)
