Joseph Green

Joseph Green was a politician and Chairman of an Environmental Committee. He was slain by Jocrassa Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen. His skin was then used by the Slitheen as a suit in which to become prime minister and cause World War Three. He was the highest ranking member of the government during the time of the invasion and then became Acting PM. (DW: Aliens of London / World War Three)
