Horatio Chinn

Chinn was a Conservative MP and Defence Minister working for the Ministry of Defence, under the Secretary of State for Defence. He was visiting UNIT when Axos came to Earth. He is very impressed by the Axos, and sees all the possibilities for Great Britain if the get hold of it.
