Delta was the last of the Chimerons. She was chased through the universe by the Bannermen who had slain all of the other Chimerons. Delta hid on a "bus" belonging to Nostalgia Tours and travelled to Earth. Eventually she decided to stay on Earth, in the year 1959. (DW: Delta and the Bannermen)
