Douglas Coldwell was a human who worked for the Torchwood Institute. He worked and lived in Cardiff looking at the Cardiff Rift. In 1918 he was photographed with his co workers. Gerald Carter, Harriet Derbyshire, Lydia Childs and Charles Quinn.
