Tyler was a Cardiff boy. Gwen Cooper saw him stop in place while he was on the school run. His mother, not realising he was controlled by the 456, threatened to leave him behind if he continued standing there. When he awoke, he had no recollection of this. (TW: Children of Earth: Day One)
