Miss Foster was a greedy businesswoman in the early 21st century. She had her own sonic device, the Sonic pen. She was also the "nanny" to the Adipose children breeding on Earth. She was killed when she fell from a great height after the Adipose ship's tractor beam suspending her was shut off. (DW: Partners in Crime)
