Myths
- According to the trailer after the Voyage of the Damned the Ood in chains has red eyes, this might mean that the Beast is not dead. However it is likely that this episode is set before The Impossible Planet/The Satan Pit which would bolster the suggestion that the Beast is alive.
- The reason why the Ood maybe needed to become a slave race is because there planet had a global cooling faze and the Ood need heat to live
- The way the company control the Ood is by implanting a metalic peice into them.
Continuity
- The Ood previously appeared in The Impossible Planet and The Satan Pit.
