Ross Jenkins

Ross Jenkins was an UNIT soldier during Operation Blue Sky. He drove the Doctor to the Rattigan Academy, where they encountered Luke Rattigan and General Staal. Ross claimed that Staal looked like a baked potato. (DW: The Sontaran Stratagem)
