Director:	Director of the story
Producer:	Producer of the story

Story number:	Story Number
Release number:	Series Number
Premiere broadcast:	Original broadcast date, with date compacted as much as possible
Format:	Format of the story and running time
Production code:	Production code for the story
Confidential:	[[confidential::episode of Doctor Who Confidential relative to this story|episode of Doctor Who Confidential relative to this story]]
