Originally launched as the "new" Eighth Doctor Adventures, Big Finish ultimately came to label these simply the "Eighth Doctor Adventures" on their official website. During the life of this range, the Eighth Doctor principally travelled with Lucie Miller. In the fourth series, he also had adventures with Tamsin Drew, his grand-daughter, Susan, and her son, Alex.
