This just seems to be the normal definition of friendly. We don't need to define adjectives.

A friendly was a type of cricket match which wasn't competitive. It was just a chance for people to enjoy the game. The Seventh Doctor once organised a friendly between the villagers of Cheldon Bonniface and the tourists who had descended upon the town to attend the wedding of Bernice Summerfield and Jason Kane.
