The Doctor died while fighting the Racnoss. With the exception of Oliver Morgenstern, all patients and staff of Royal Hope Hospital died of lack of oxygen. Sarah Jane and Luke Smith, Clyde Langer, Maria Jackson and Martha Jones were notable deaths. There was March of the Adipose in America. The ATMOS devices choked America.
