Thorac

Thorac was a Time Lord Cardinal. He was the leader of a schismatic faction of the College of Cardinals. He led his followers to Drornid and declared himself Lord President. On Gallifrey, he became known as the Heresiarch of Drornid. (DWN: Shada)
