Why is the Doctor's exile keep on getting removed its sourced and claimed as cannon? – The preceding unsigned comment was added by 58.7.138.14 (talk).

Because he was restricted from any travelling whatsoever and couldn't operate the TARDIS full stop. The 20th century just happened to be the one he was sent to. -- Tybort (talk page) 11:26, July 1, 2012 (UTC)
