John Davies was a milkman in Cardiff.
Biography
He was one of several Cardiff residents who became influenced by an alien computer, during which time he would share personal information with complete strangers, including Owen Harper. When Torchwood Three attempted to analyse the source of the strange behaviour, the computer interpreted this action as an attack, and sent its heralds to locate and kill its enemies. John Davies found and pursued Jack Harkness, Owen Harper, Gwen Cooper and Tony Pratt in Greg Randall's police car, but during the chase he got into a fatal crash. (TWA: Everyone Says Hello)
